What to Expect:

  1. Once you have made the decision to register for in home personal training, a member of the Train by Trina team will contact you to set up a complimentary in home consultation. During the consultation you be asked to complete and sign a lifestyle questionnaire, medical health history and par–q forms, and a release waiver.
  2. After the consultation you will be guided through a comprehensive fitness assessment that includes exercises to test your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, flexibility, in addition to your muscular strength and endurance. The results from your assessment will give both you and your trainer a clear understanding of your current fitness level.
  3. Next, you will be matched with a personal trainer who is right for you. Our Fitness Trainers in Toronto have skills and qualifications ranging from nutritional counseling to Pilates instruction. A trainer, with the skill set that matches your specific fitness goals, will be hand selected for you by Trina.
  4. On your first day of training, your new trainer will arrive at your home equipped with an exercise program designed with you in mind.
  5. After 4–6 weeks of working with your trainer you will be reassessed, reassessed, and based on your progress your exercise program will be revamped to keep you moving towards your health and fitness goals.

FYI: You don’t need a lot of room or equipment to train at home. With a little resourcefulness you can get a great workout anywhere – in your basement, living room, or outside in your back yard –
by using your body weight and your furniture.
