Andrea teaches Bootcamp, Spinning®, Kettlebell, TRX® group fitness and she is a Personal Trainer 7 days a week! Andrea was introduced to cycling by her father when she was 14, and so began her passion for fitness. At the age of 20, Andrea begain her career as a dedicated and inspiring Fitness Professional, specifically, as an instructor at the Toronto Academy of Muay Thai & kickboxing. The love of the sport led Andrea to train authentic Muay Thai Kickboxing inBangkok,Thailandfor a period of 5 weeks in 2011. Andrea’s specialties include (but are not limited to) coaching others to achieve, maintain, and heighten the physical fitness of others, as well as help to generate a healthy overall perspective on health and wellness. “Helping others to find balance and vitality through exercising is what inspires me; it is my source of happiness.”
Brittany McCann began her fitness journey on stage at the age of four when she began dancing. She has studied all types of dance, and received her certifications as a British Association of Teachers Dance instructor. As a result of her extensive background and training in dance, she is a beloved instructor of the new specialty class The Skinny Jeans Workout trademarked by Trina Lambe and offered in prestige fitness boutiques and studios around Toronto. It wasn’t until after repetitive knee injuries that Brittany decided to take her passion for dance-fitness to the gym. Here is where she became familiar and proficient with resistance training, plyometrics, calanetics and basic aerobics.
Brittany has her PT certification with Canfit Pro, with an extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition and health. She currently trains with Fitness Pro, Carlos Garay Bustamos, out of Burlington Ont. on cross -fit and newly designed programs that keep her clients working out smarter not harder.
Sarah Kurchak is a fitness professional and music journalist (AOL Canada, AUX, The National Post) who sometimes combines her talents to help people get ripped like their favourite singers. She is a certified Personal Trainer Specialist (Can-Fit-Pro), Pilates Mat Instructor (STOTT Pilates), Spinning Instructor (Mad Dogg Athletics) and kickboxing instructor (Fitness Kickboxing Canada). A fan of mixed martial arts, she holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a light blue band in Muay Thai.
A certified group fitness trainer with Can Fit Pro, Megan Leach is a positive motivator who brings an incredible energy and range of exercise knowledge to her clients. A dancer, actress, athlete and fitness professional, Megan’s love of music makes for a versatile, creative and stimulating class that makes exercising a pleasure.
Megan has performed and taught dance and fitness throughout Toronto and across the country. She currently teaches Skinny Jeans/Pilates, Tough and Tone, Boot Camp, Spin, and Tabata for Train By Trina.
Megan has the pleasure of dancing for Nexx Level Dance & Theatre in Toronto and specializes in facilitating dance and dynamic fitness classes featuring The Groove Method and choreographed/cardio classes in the styles of Cardio Box, Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Jazz, House, Latin and more!
Megan’s strength and focus is to create and facilitate specialized classes that challenge participants to grow their cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility by increasing their range of motion, co-ordination and strength. She encourages her students to develop their physical, social, metal, emotional and spiritual well-being and above all to love life and enjoy being a healthy and active human being!
Melissa is an energetic and enthusiastic Personal Trainer, Yoga and Fitness instructor, certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. During the course of my 12 year career in the fitness industry Melissa has had the pleasure of working with diverse populations, including seniors and post-rehabilitation patients.
As a trainer, Melissa encourages each of her clients to have fun, set realistic goals and include a balance of strength, endurance and flexibility training to their workout regimes.
When she’s not working Melissa enjoys being outdoors and participating in physical activity. To date she has competed in three bodybuilding shows (placing 1st, 2nd and 4th respectively). Other hobbies of Melissa’s include traveling, rollerblading, wakeboarding, snowboarding and spending time with her dog!
Lauren is a Can-Fit Pro certified fitness instructor, specializing in Cardio, Sculpting, Toning, Bootcamp and Zumba! She would like to say she began her fitness career working out to old VHS tapes of Jane Fonda and Denise Austin in her basement, but Can Fit Pro would not certify her for that.
She absolutely loves the fitness industry and all the many people she has the privilege of working with. Lauren is also an actor, singer and writer and has a very big passion for musical comedy!

Sara has been a Can-Fit-Pro certified Personal Training Specialist for several years. She also has certificates in Yoga and Pilates. She likes to incorporate some of the essential core exercises and stretches into personal training sessions with some of her clients. Sara really enjoys working with new people and helping them achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, but especially women in order to help them reach their full potential. Sara is always looking for new ways to challenge her clients and help them achieve evolving needs and goals. Sara keeps up with continuing education and what’s new in the fitness industry to keep all her clients on their toes!
